Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on your ‘shopping cart’ and then ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Please note: We currently ship to UK Mainland only (this excludes all Isles, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands).

You do not need an account to place an order with us however you will not be able to check previous orders or update your delivery details directly without one.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Payment can be made via the website using either Paypal or stripe for credit/debit card orders. We do accept payment via telephone using the following number +44 01643 703815
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 256 bit encryption. We do not hold any payment details and these are processed only via the payment gateway used.
Shipping and Delivery
If you would like to cancel your order please use our Contact Us form stating your order number and address details. Refunds should be issued within 3 working days.
Christmas Holiday Order Processing Details 2021
Due to unprecedented demand and delays in the delivery networks, there will be a slight delay on all Moorishly Orders.
All orders made between the 22nd and the 31st December will be processed at the beginning of January.
Any orders now placed, either online, will be delayed by approximately 7 days. – (26/11/21)

Please kindly note that we do say to normally allow 3-5 working days* (Monday – Friday) after you have placed you order to get your products picked and prepared before they are dispatched. *Dispatch may take slightly longer during bank holiday, peak or promotional periods. You will receive a confirmation email and tracking updates as soon as your order in on it’s way to you.

Items are shipped via courier (Usually DPD) within 24hrs with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 days.
For orders under £25.99 delivery is £4.95. For orders over £25.99 delivery is free.
We will normally despatch your order to you within 5 working days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Gift Cards and Promotions

If you have a promo coupon or a gift card follow the steps below to apply it to your order.
1. Add items to your cart and proceed through the checkout steps.
2. When you reach the Payment Options page, copy/paste your code in the box underneath Enter Promo or Gift Code. Codes are case sensitive and should not have spaces before or after them.
3. Click Apply Code.
4. Your Order Summary on the top right of the page should now reflect your savings amount. Click Continue to continue your purchase.
Not working? Try these tips for troubleshooting:
- Codes are case sensitive and most discount codes are in ALL CAPS.
- For further details, please be sure to read the terms and conditions of the promotion.
- If the code specifies you must buy a certain number of items, or spend a minimum amount, be sure that your order meets those requirements or else the code will not work.
